Master Data Advisor

Accountability Statement

Ensuring accurate customer, vendor, material and pricing master data in support of SAP business transactions, in a cost-efficient way

Responsibilities

• Processes daily requests for creations and changes;
• Troubleshoots error messages;
• Trains end users on systems or tools;
• Ensures master data compliance with internal and applicable external policies and standards
• Administrates workflow and keeps it up to date;
• Governs data and cleans up redundances;
• Identifies and highlights regional exceptions;
• Supports project specialists with implementations and/or testing requirements;

Requirements

• Bachelor degree;
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in master data related area; 
• Possesses a high level of aptitude relating to mathematical conversions (primarily pricing and material);
• Detail oriented, able to understand and follow standards and procedures;
• Excellent in analyzing and solving problems;
• Strong communication skills;
• Fluent in both written and verbal English;
• Has SAP or other ERP system knowledge;
• Proficient computer skills such as MS EXCEL;
