To develop and execute marketing communication plans, conduct marketing research & intelligence study, implement marketing operations tasks to support PCG (Performance Coating) AP team.




Marketing communications:

Develop and execute marketing communication plans to achieve highest return on marketing investment.

  • ​​​​In line with the global communication guidance and regional business growth strategy, develop and execute clearly-defined advertising & promotion objectives and execution plan;
  • Organize trade shows and customer/industry seminars and conference;
  • Identify and recommend suitable publishing media & commercial activities for advertise & promotion;
  • Preparation of literature – Product selectors, sell sheets, customer presentations and any documentation related to MarComm activities;
  • Work with global communication team to develop and maintain Asian language websites;
  • Manage customers, distributors and alliances database to support email marketing campaigns, e-newsletters, invitations, social media promotions etc.;
  • Develop and track year-to-date marketing spending to ensure within budget;
  • Manage team internal news letter;


Marketing operations:

Daily marketing operation tasks to support regional marketing manager(RMM) and MDM team.

  • Manager & maintain PCG AP Share-point site;
  • Manage and coordinate with RMM for products management to support AP business activities;
  • Assist marketing team for industrial conference enrollment & payment;
  • Organize PCG regional meeting and marketing team meeting;


Market research & analysis:

  • Conduct project-based market research to understand LZ marketing positioning, industry trends, customer needs and competitive analysis based on a pre-agreed scope provided by RMM;
  • Utilize LZ Library, industry organization membership and desktop research to generate reports on stated focus segment;


Competitive intelligence:

  • Improve our understanding of competitive landscape and competitors’ strategic moves;
  • This intelligence will in turn support strategic pricing and our other strategic activities;



  • 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing (including MarCom or Marketing Operation). Experience in chemical MNC is preferred;
  • Degree in Marketing / Marketing Communication/ Business / Chemicals;
  • Competent in MS Excel, Powerpoint;
  • Excellent planning and organization skill;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, good team player;
  • Proactive and agile in learning new knowledge and skills;
  • Willing to work extra miles and achieve excellence;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
