China Future Mobility Product Manager

The Future Mobility Product Manager supports the business development manager to execute the pan-Asia future mobility strategy and continuously explores new opportunities. The product manager will build strong networks with key OEMs and manage the existing e-fluid product portfolio and drives commercialization of new products.

 

Key Job Accountabilities

 

  • Support the business development manager to execute the Asia future mobility strategy.
  • Generate deep understanding and insights in terms of hardware technologies and business value chain of Asia transportation market.
  • Analyze market trends, predict business impact, and convert market changes into opportunities for growth.
  • Build up the network with identified OEM targets and continuously explore the potential opportunities and work with team to conclude the market needs/technical solutions.
  • Effectively manage development projects and technical and commercial budget.
  • Establish proper channel partnerships that lead to successful commercialization and help to build new business models where appropriate.
  • Demonstrate leadership and influence by communicating and executing the product portfolio strategy with internal and external customers and stakeholders. maximize market opportunities for the product line(s) of e-driveline, hybrid engine oil, and battery thermal management.

 

Requirements

  • Graduate in a technical or business-related discipline. Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or MBA Preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant business or product management experience. Ideally have EV industry or OEM related experience/background.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with both internal and external audiences with the ability to build relationships and effectively implement.
  • Skilled at market mapping, market analysis and product line profitability analysis.
  • Open mind and quick learner for new technology/business model/concept.
  • Have strong commercial acumen and product management skill.
  • Strong self-motivator to achieve the business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, who is comfortable interacting with broad multifunctional teams.
  • Able to travel frequently.
