PURPOSE:
The Corp Account Manager / Sales Manager, a senior role in sales management team, is accountable for developing direct local OEMs business in China as well as to drive potential opportunity and increase the market share, especially in RAC Rotary and Auto A/C markets and thereby growing the business and increasing the profit.


RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•    Drive to grow the potential direct large OEM business in terms of customers, market shares (especially for RAC Rotary and Auto A/C market) and revenue and to improve business profitability through pricing and margin management in China.
•    Responsible for the new project/application developments at responsible OEMs, develop customized value propositions, achieve the growth via the existing business and the new commercialized business.
•    Responsible for positioning new value propositions at target OEM for commercial development and for communicating value propositions to the market.
•    Develop and maintain networks at senior levels in the value chain and within target OEM’s organizations focusing on engineering and technology and sales.
•    Responsible for collecting market information and communicating current and emerging needs for target OEM to drive value proposition development.
•    Works closely with consultant and PM/Technical teams to implement strategy for existing and potential OEMs in China.


REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
•    University degree, preferably in Chemical engineering or related mechanic field.
•    MBA preferred.
•    Good understanding for Appliance/RAC Rotary refrigeration industry (RAC Rotary compressor, auto A/C compressor) in China.
•    Min 10 years’ experience in refrigeration, air conditioning or related compressor industry.
•    A strong negotiator who is able to identify big OEMs’ needs and persuasive in presenting ideas.
•    Corporate level relationship builder (good social skills), avid networker.
•    Structured worker with deep project experience.
•    Willing to travel ≥ 50%.
