ACCOUNTABILITY:

 

Accountable for data integrity, service quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of all inquiries to maintain accurate employee master data in APAC in our core Human Capital Management system and support our customers to achieve business result

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Make entry and update in core HR system for record of new hire and employee data changes, including all employee life-cycle changes, promotions, terminations etc. in line with global procedures to ensure data integrity
  • Ensure that downstream systems such as Payroll and Time and Attendance reflect the changes required from core HR system
  • Create and administer regular and ad-hoc regional/local HR reports; partner with the Global HR Reporting & Analytics group as needed
  • Work with Site HR to maintain employee records (electronic and/or physical) as needed based on company policies and according to country/local laws
  • Coordinate resolution of requests to view/share/retrieve archived employee documents
  • Administer the APAC Leave Management System
  • Validate time and attendance record and generate report for payroll processing and other business purposes
  • Provide support to total rewards admin on consolidating monthly payroll changes and processing payment of designated countries in APAC
  • Resolve all assigned HR issues and inquiries on time and within established policies, procedures and performance criteria for delivering services
  • Assist AP HR Operations Manager and global HR Master Data and Data Analytics group in continuous improvement
  • Other duties as required

 

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

      

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably major in data analytics or statistics
  • System savvy, and experience with SAP-HCM and ServiceNow (preferred)
  • Experience with reporting and analytical tools
  • Experience in a HR shared service environment (preferred)
  • Demonstrates ability to handle confidential/sensitive data with discretion
  • Holds high standards in work quality with result-driven mindset
  • A good team player who can effectively collaborate with all parties
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
