<span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Job Purpose

 <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">This position will be part of the leadership team for TempRite South Asia, a key geography for global TempRite business. In this role, you will impact overall business results, business growth and drive Business Transformation programs for long-term success of TempRite in South Asia. This role involves liasioning with global stakeholders which gives you an all-round view of the business both at South Asia and Global level.

<span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Customer (Strategic Accounts) Growth and Intimacy:

  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Accountable for growing market share by working closely with our Customers and act as a catalyst for their growth in South Asia market
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Develop understanding of market trends (local and global), provide market insights and analysis to drive programs with our Customers
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Identify and implement programs with our Customers to maintain market leadership position (e.g. Marketing programs to promote FlowGuard Plus’ unique value proposition in end market, enhance engagement with key stakeholders including HomeOwners, System Integrators, Retailers, Consultant, Builders etc)
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Establish in-depth relationships with Customer’s organization to keep abreast of changes and develop joint account plans, to fulfil strategic objectives
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Identify and successfully implement initiatives (technical solutions, operation efficiencies, new product development) to remain a preferred partner
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Align and Lead internal cross-functional team (local, Global and operations) to successfully deliver identified programs and initiatives to enhance customer intimacy
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Work with Customers to ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting, customer profiles and performance scorecards

    <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Business Transformation:<span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"> 
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Lead the Business Transformation function for TempRite in South Asia
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Identify, evaluate and implement new strategies for growth across multiple opportunities including Adjacencies
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Identify and drive M&A&A opportunities to fill gaps in Lubrizol capabilities for long-term success in South Asia
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Develop business case for investments and/or participation in new opportunity areas. Liaise with local/ global senior management for successful implementation
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Leverage distribution channels and market presence of current/ potential new partners to grow new businesses like Corzan, BlazeMaster, Non pipe & new applications
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Collaborate with Global team (EMEA, US) to share and learn best practices for strengthening business presence
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Be the key interface between Global Team, Local operations & R&D team for driving Key strategic initiatives to strengthen our local cost-position

  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management for direct reports, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting

    <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Requirements:<span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"> 
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Post graduate/MBA in general management or related field
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Minimum of 10 years of total work experience with a mix of commercial leadership, strategy, business transformation roles
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Strategic orientation and ability to influence diverse set of stakeholders
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Strong communication and presentation skills
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Specific experience in building materials industry will be an added advantage
  • <span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"72",sans-serif">Strong drive for translating strategy to Deliver Results
