Job Title   :  Manager – Sales Support

Reporting : AGM Sales Operations

Location   : Turbhe (Mumbai)

Entity        : Lubrizol India Private Limited

 

Summary of the Role:

 

To manage Lubrizol Additive India’s Sales Support systems, including but not limited to Master Databases (Customer Master, Product Master, Pricing Master, etc). Create and publish monthly Sales Dashboards and other ad-hoc sales analytics. Responsible for creating and providing MIS to LZAI LT, Sales Team and other S&M teams. Responsible for ensuring accuracy of Operational pricing in ERPs, Expert on CRM; Advisor to users of CRM, Sales Support to sales teams, etc.

 

          Responsibilities / Accountabilities:  

 

  • Responsible for Operational Pricing and correct Pricing in ERP
  • Tender Management
  • Managing of Master Data
  • Responsible for Sales MI and Reporting
  • Supporting the AGM – Sales Operations in MI
  • Budget Management and Reporting
  • Project Manage the Strategic Initiatives
  • Advisor to users of CRM Responsible for Operational Pricing and correct Pricing in ERP

    Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. MBA with specialization in Marketing would be an advantage.
  • Possess strong commercial skills.
  • Possess strong listening skills, creative thinking and time management skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Expert in MS Office Suite. Experience in Power BI, Tableau and Databases is a must.

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Good communicator with the ability to simplify often complex situations into understandable plans and project updates
  • A flexible team player that can unite and maximize the collaborative approach to business success with Lubrizol
