Summary of the Role:

 

  • Managing and coordinating marketing initiatives / activities
  • Supporting business development initiatives
  • Driving market research and analysis
  • Business analysis and reporting
  • Marketing communication and digital tools

 

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:  

 

  • Responsible for conducting business and project pipeline analysis on a regular basis 
  • Driving market research activities and analysis to build insights on new trends in the industry. Work with marketing and technical team to translate these insights to regional concepts.
  • Collaborating in business development initiatives such as customer reach-out plans, concept identification and building, curating content on value communication
  • Manage marketing initiatives and activities like participation in exhibitions, customer seminars, new product launch activities, digital initiatives for improving customer engagement, development of sales & marketing tools for region, marketing communication, vendor management

Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with an MBA. Background in chemical engineering / chemistry / cosmetics would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing / Sales / Business Development
  • Possess strong listening skills, creative thinking and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Strong experience in MS Office Suite. Experience in Power BI and Databases would be an advantage
  • Self-drive and accountability are key attributes

Experience and Skills: 

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Good communicator with the ability to simplify often complex situations into understandable plans and project updates
  • A flexible team player that can unite and maximize the collaborative approach to business success with Lubrizol
  • Good presentation skills coupled with an ability to use SharePoint, Excel, Word and other business management tools
  • Ability to navigate different social media platforms.

About Us: LZAM South Asia is headquartered in Mumbai where we also house our application labs for Lubrizol’s LifeScience and Performance Coatings groups. We have regional office based at Delhi. The CPVC compounding plant is located at Dahej, Gujrat.
