ROLE:
Provide sales and marketing support for Personal Home and Health Care in Southeast Asia to ensure effective and efficient operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Support:
- Run sales report from BOBJ
- Input pricing for approval through Vendavo
- Update end-user reports
- Organize prototype stocks
- Organize and create promotional brochures
- Organize customer seminars, webinars and internal meetings
- Compile and share success stories
- Sharepoint and CRM management
Marketing Support:
- Work with Marketing Managers to develop and maintain e-newsletter, analysis the impact and implement improvements to increase click rate.
- Organize trade events (e.g. exhibitions), including booth design and build.
- Track market trends publication and share with the team
- In conjunction with the commercial and marketing team, develop sales tools brochures and adverts.
KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- Possess GCE “A” Level qualification or Diploma
- Proficient in written and oral English.
- Knowledge of E-blast, CRM, webinar systems is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, including Pivot Table, Vlookup and other functions.
- Use of social media for promotion is an added advantage
- Experience in graphic design would be an added advantage
