What You'll Do:
As a Talent Administration Coordinator for Europe, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, providing overall administrative support for assigned Talent Administration processes (Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development and Pre-onboarding). You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of the HR processes, procedures and organizational systems you will be administrative responsible.
What We're Looking For:
General
- Partner in cross-functional HR projects
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives on processes, procedures and systems in area of job expertise
- Coordination of translation activities for Europe
Recruiting:
- Partner with Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Team, Site HR and hiring managers to validate/supplement hiring requisition data fields, job requirements and route hiring requisitions to approval matrix.
- Coordinate company involvement in recruitment events and assist with communications.
- Administer interview scheduling, assessment(s) and logistics.
- Generate/revise job offer details, offer letter and/or employment contracts and send to relevant parties, in collaboration with Site HR.
- Validate data accuracy in the system for hiring requisition and candidate status and configure / test talent pipeline system requirements.
New Hire Onboarding:
- Conduct pre-onboarding activities and administration.
- Oversee updates to the pre-onboarding system and content and timely completion/compliance of the pre-onboarding program.
- Updates contents of orientation and pre-onboarding in systems.
- Provide improvements and recommendations on the pre-onboarding process based on feedback.
Learning & Development:
- Assist in preparing standard training materials for HR related topics.
- Conduct training needs analysis and organize logistic support for training session.
- Coordinate the translation process of training materials.
- Update and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and employee training data for reporting and compliance.
Performance Management:
- Provide support with annual Performance Management process (updating Knowledge Articles in local languages, coordination of data collection of ratings, support with regional communications).
Skills That Make a Difference:
- Able to communicate in multiple European languages in addition to English is a must.
- Relevant educational HR or Business Administration degree or equivalent professional experience is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in HR is a plus.
- Experience working in a shared services/customer-facing environment would be beneficial.
- Experience in talent management, recruiting, pre- onboarding or Learning & Development processes would be preferred.
- Friendly, energetic and accurate person with passion for HR administration.
- Easily adaptable to a changing and evolving situation or environment.
- Assertive, daring to take ownership and able to work autonomously.
- Proactive, self-starter with the willingness to achieve.
- Well-organized, flexible and able to prioritize work.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
