Lubrizol Life Science (LLS) Beauty is strengthening its global marketing team with a marketing specialist that will contribute to the roll-out of the skin care strategy working with key stakeholders in a matrix organization.

The position will be located in Gavà

Key responsibilities

As Procurement Assistant, you will:


  • Search alternative suppliers for assigned purchase categories.
  • Participation in Purchasing Reporting, KPI’s etc..


  • Negotiation of ancillary supplies and non-major services.


  • Sourcing for auxiliar Materials.
  • Sourcing for new general service companies.

Order management

  • Purchase Orders creation
  • Orders delivery tracking
  • Request for quotations

Quality system

  • Collaboration with Quality Assurance in supplier homologation and evaluation (suppliers questionnaires update)
  • Purchasing department Master Data update & management.
  • Management of raw material documentation for homologation.


  • Participation in improvement processes and projects.
  • Regular Meetings Attendance
  • General Administrative Duties.

Candidate description

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing department in cosmetics, pharmaceutical or adjacent industry. 
  • A university degree is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, matrix organization
  • Willing to take initiatives and work proactively across functions
  • Good communication skill and Creative mind
  • Fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
