The Nutraceutical Division of Lubrizol Life Science Health (LLS Health) specializes in added-value functional food ingredients, enabling differentiated nutraceutical solutions with scientific backing. Our core technology strength in microencapsulation applied to botanical and mineral ingredients, gives us potential basis to enable our customers to develop premium products with leading performance claims. Lipofoods™ Nutraceutical Ingredients is the umbrella brand and includes all existing brands for the microencapsulated products.
Working closely with our account teams and product management groups you will develop, align, and execute market messaging, product marketing and customer initiatives, supporting our product lines and our customers with winning value propositions. This position will also focus on the strategic development, implementation, tracking and optimization of all digital marketing efforts. We are looking for a professional who is excited about the opportunity to support marketing managers to develop marketing plans (both strategic and tactical) and who wants to dive into the vision of our added-value branded nutraceutical ingredients.
In this role, you will support business strategies, as well as serve as a liaison between various internal teams (ex. marketing team and technical team). Key to your success will be your ability to demonstrate leadership and to influence the development of marketing strategy both with internal stakeholders and external customers.

 

Major Accountabilities for this role:
• Support digital marketing strategy, planning, execution, optimization and revenue plan with clear objectives and critical metrics.
• Compile and analyze market information and consumer insights to support global business strategies and better position products/services.
• Identify and develop regional market research and brand mapping that can be used as insights in sales enablement and customer impact presentations.
• Ensure alignment with sales and product management teams on marketing strategy and tactics to successfully implement the business plan in pursuit of growth targets.
• Work cross-functionally and across regions to gain alignment with global marketing strategy and support the creation and implementation business strategies.
• Create consistent positioning statements, messaging, and associated proof points, which will be used by marketing to generate public-facing collateral
• Support sales by building customized materials for increasing customers' product knowledge and sales adoption.
• Develop customer journeys with support of cross-functional team, collaborating with business partners to build marketing nurture programs to deliver the right content to the right target audience.
• Responsible for understanding how to use CRM and centralizing costumer insights data to better understand our businesses and how to market to the customer in the most effective way.
• Develop top class marketing content and maintain campaign calendar in close alignment with the Global Marketing team.
• Apply marketing tools and techniques to advise and help marketing managers with customer projects to achieve their business targets.
• Develop understanding about the Nutraceuticals industry (market size, consumer trends, products, competitors, customers, etc.).

 

Desired skills and expertise:
• A graduate in Marketing, Business or a technical discipline with a marketing focus or relevant equivalent experience
• Experience in a content marketing/digital marketing, communications, or public relations role
• Experience of working in a marketing agency
• Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
• An ability to develop new marketing concepts and techniques.
• Ability to grasp complex technical and business issues and articulate them simply
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Communicate effectively: excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS productivity tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Background in research analysis is strongly preferred
• Experience in marketing in the Health, Life Sciences, Pharma and/or Nutraceuticals industry is a plus
• Fluent in English
