POSITION SUMMARY:  The purpose of this job is to provide support to the secondary operations, processing tubing after extrusion, variety of inspections, including cutting, packaging and making product available to ship to the customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Duties and responsibilities are functions of the job and should not reflect the special talents or performance of an employee.

• Cutting, packaging of various products
• Preparing packages for shipment (inner and outer bags)
• Sorting and counting of various sizes of customer product
• Documenting of work completed
• Secondary operations (such as; annealing, heat shrink expansion and tipping)
• Use of oven (extreme heat)
• Placing and removing materials and tubing in and out of inventory
• Visual Inspection
• Use of heat shrink machine
• Sealer
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Performs other required duties as needed in addition to the essential duties and responsibilities described above.

DESCRIPTION OF MARGINAL DUTIES:

• Maintains standards for housekeeping and safety

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Moderate Noise level (business office, computer printer, light traffic level
• Occasionally loud, if sitting near operating production equipment
• Clean room environment

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

• 2-5 years of experience, equivalent to, and with basic measurement experience.
• Knowledge of skills and ability. 

EDUCATION: Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or any combination of education or equivalent.
