About the role              


We are seeking an experienced Manager to develop and drive performance and efficiency of our new virtually operating team of Total Rewards Advisors for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India. This is accomplished by providing creative, strategic, and tactical day-to-day leadership, mentoring and accountability to be successful. We are looking to you to apply subject matter expertise either in Payroll and Time & Attendance administration or Benefits and Compensation administration. Also, the team will be responsible for the generation of reports and other compliance documentation requested by the organization or legal authorities.


The role reports to the Senior Manager HR Operations EMEAI and is open to be located anywhere in our EMEAI region where we operate a Lubrizol facility.


How you'll support your team


  • Support the Senior Manager HR Operations EMEAI in the delivery of timely and agile HR services and solutions for Total Rewards Administration processes
  • Assess and address individual work, team processes, and the operating model with an eye on continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Ensure Total Rewards Administration services provided are delivered in accordance with all current internal and external policies and procedures, local, regional, and national laws, and regulations
  • Clearly communicate roles and responsibilities, ensure consistent ways of working and hold employees accountable, and continually elevate the team’s skill and performance
  • Develop and execute requirements, plans and solutions for improving EMEAI Total Rewards Administration systems, governance, programs, and overall experience, in partnership with EMEAI HR Managers, Global Centers of Excellence and Global HR Business Partners


Desired Background


  • 6+ years of professional level/ HR Specialist level HR experience, including preferably 2+ years supervisory experience, which includes working and managing teams in a shared services/customer-facing environment across multiple time zones/countries
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Time & Attendance, Compensation or Benefits
  • Individual and team metrics and measurement systems to manage staff.
  • Vendor management experience with service providers
  • Solid problem solving, team building, leadership, and interpersonal skills as well as results-oriented
  • Communicate clearly and build relationships with all internal customers and external service providers, internal staff, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain operational efficiency to deliver the highest quality services to meet customer needs in complex and matrixed environments
  • English and one or more local language(s)
