Job Summary 

 

The Marketing Coordinator helps Lubrizol Advanced Material’s TempRite business by supporting the execution of strategic marketing communication plans. This role acts as a central point of contact for several tactical channels and initiatives across our brand segments in North America. As such, they will manage projects from concept to completion, must be able to conceptualize, drive, and articulate creative and strategic recommendations in a highly consultative manner. This includes traditional Outbound Marketing tactics, Content and Inbound Marketing, Digital Marketing - Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Amplification, and Influencer Marketing.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Communications Manager and agency partners to write and execute effective communication plans that support business goals.
  • Create and manage content marketing calendars, email marketing and social media amplification including the ability to orchestrate the details and measure results.
  • Marketing persona and workflow optimization and refinement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team activity (Subject Matter Experts, Content Verifiers, Legal Compliance, Lead Nurturer, Demand Creation).
  • Provide timely updates of project progress and KPI performance.
  • Help identify gaps in current marketing communication capabilities and partner with other team members to develop action plans to refine them.
  • Manage various digital marcom directories, owning inventory and maintenance.
  • Manage print and promotional vendor partners.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or related discipline.  Additional experience may offset the degree requirement.
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing communications experience in an agency, B2B, and/or B2C corporate environment.
  • Understanding of traditional and inbound marketing and advertising principles
  • Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate as a strong team member
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet business requirements and deadlines
  • Content and collateral development - copywriting and proofreading
  • Email marketing

  • Web management
  • Social media development
