Purpose  

Performing production work in a safe, efficient, quality-conscious manner, in accordance with existing procedures with the aim of ensuring production within specification.

Main Responsibilities  

1. Adhere to company procedures on safety, environment and quality.

• Compliance with company procedures in terms of safety, environment and quality: working in a safe manner, ensuring housekeeping and following proper procedures when carrying out work

2. Produce chemicals in accordance with the requirements and procedures

• cleaning and preparing production equipment, making control rounds, reporting production-related deviations and operating, checking
• regulating and adjusting the production process from the control room, packaging goods

3. Apply correct record-keeping

• timely recording of production-related data through the appropriate channels, in accordance with ISO/Safety/Environment and other existing programmes

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, electromechanics, mechanics or a Technical diploma in one of these fields with experience in a production environment. Or equivalent by experience.
• Experience of several years within a production environment
• Good knowledge of English/Dutch
• Quality and safety conscious
• Building work relations/team
• Problem solving and task oriented
• Willingness to work in 12-hours shifts
• Computer skills: Word, Excell, SAP
