What You'll Do:

Lubrizol is seeking a Process Engineer who will support continuous improvement for the entire Oevel plant regarding overall equipment effectiveness and energy consumption.

You will be responsible to identify, drive and coach initiatives to solve problems, utilizing all of our people.

You will monitor the energy consumption of the entire plant and drive reduction by defining and implementing initiatives/projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred Chemical Process engineering)
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience within the chemical industry
• Thorough technical knowledge and skills
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English
• Strong computer skills

Skills That Make a Difference:

• Solid communication, facilitation, and proven project management skills
• Strong facilitating skills – able to conduct any type of workshop with any level of participant.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation skills from preparing presentations and delivering results.
• Working knowledge of documented management systems, such as ISO 9001 and RC14001.
