ROLE:

• Responsible for BU tolling/manufactured finished goods scheduling activity and manage plant inventory to meet the business requirement.
• Responsible for Raw material demand and supply management to support FG production Schedule at Tolling/Manufacture Site.
• Resonpsible for Special inventory/NWSM management including (shelf-life extension, damage batch handling, quality issue batch handling, etc)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work out daily raw material stock transfer plan or purchasing plan based on update production schedule
• Work out packaging purchasing plan for order releasing communication with external vendor
• Regular review and update raw material supply strategy including stock policy, safety stock level, MOQ, etc. based on BU strategy and demand forecast
• Daily tracking of production execution status, alert planner for any unexpected change or shut down, and work out the contingency plan of scheduling and raw material purchasing
• Timely follow-up on demand/production change, provide quick reaction on scheduling adjustment, raw material shipping schedule to secure the production and order fulfillment
• Inventory and NWSM management which include KPI monitor, organizing monthly review meeting and action plan follow up, like rework, scrap, etc.
• Support new material introduction via activities like new raw material code setting, raw material purchasing for MA production, and other roadblock checking.
• Raw material consumption in SAP for Tolling materials.

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

1. Education：Bachelor degree or above

2. Experience：        

• Minimum 3 years supply chain experiences in multinational companies, such as production scheduling, supply planning, raw material purchasing management, etc.
• Experience in Chemical or related industry is preferred

3. Main Core Competencies：

4. Knowledge, technical/professional skill:

• Good data analysis skills, Excel and SAP
• Detailed oriented/quick learner

5. Language Skill: Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
