What You'll Do:  

As a Senior Scientist, Technical Service, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving application development projects with top customers to support the business growth. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact on enforcement  of Lubrizol's technology impact in the market.

What We're Looking For: 

• To work closely with commercial team to prioritize technical resources in top customer projects or high potential new business opportunities and ensure to achieve expected technical deliveries. 
• To develop broad application knowledge to cover all the segments (skin care, personal care, home care) to fit customer’s requests. 
• To perform bench work and develop solutions to solve customer’s technical problems or to meet technical targets on prioritized projects. 
• To build up strong connections with other global/regional technical teams to exchange the experiences and the best practice for accelerating the projects development. 
• To provide technical training to both customers and sales partner based on needs. 
• To present technical presentation in the market seminars, webinar, industry technical summit or in house workshop or draft paper to promote technology in responsible areas. 

Skills That Make a Difference:

• Bachelor degree with over 8 years of technical experiences in Beauty (Skincare) industry or similar areas
• Master degree majoring in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer or related subjects having more than 5 years of experiences.
• Strong lab bench skills
• Solid cosmetic formulation development capability
• English communication skill (minimum requirements are intermediate level in writing & listening and beginner level in speaking)
• Conversant with MS Office application software. Others will be a plus.
• Be adapt around 30% of time of domestic & overseas travelling
