What You'll Do: 
As a Workforce Analytics Manager, you would be designing, implementing, and delivering sophisticated and high-quality data insights and dashboards to internal stakeholders to drive informed business and people decisions.  You will work with cross-functional partners to provide standard and new critical analytics as the business evolves..  

 

What We're Looking For:
•    Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize enterprise-wide people analytics that empower leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize and enable their talent and organizational strategies.
•    Enhance / build dashboards and scorecards to track and report on business-critical measures, identify patterns and trends that provide valuable insights across HR processes and programs.
•    Work across the HR Operating Model to help the HR team promote the use of analytics and insights in the areas they support or through our core HR processes.  Assist with building a foundation of analytical capabilities in the team and with users of our data.
•    Identify and implement solutions to reduce requests through proactive reporting and self-service reporting.
•    Manage HR analytics projects ensuring clear scope commitments (content, timing, etc.) throughout ideation, execution, and implementation phases.
•    In partnership with the Data Reporting and Governance Team, defines strategy to leverage appropriate data sources and the best delivery strategy.
•    Deliver solutions in a secure fashion protecting data and in accordance with GDPR and other data privacy standards.
•    Contribute to our HCM (Human Capital Management) cloud-implementation project to put the future of analytics at the center of our design decisions.

 

Skills That Make a Difference:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or Statistics.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analytics role, with at least two years with a focus on HR data.
•    Experience in data visualization (i.e., PowerBI), reporting, and analytics.
•    Exceptional Excel and database management skills; SAP / SuccessFactors experience preferred.
•    Strong analytics, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to maintain effective and collaborative relationships with internal customers and business partners.
•    Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analysis and present insights and recommendations.
•    Excellent oral/written communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate issues in a clear, concise manner to all audience levels, including senior management and departmental leaders. 
•    Strong project management skills – must be able to set project schedules, manage tasks, influence others without authority and mitigate project risks.
•    Detail-oriented with focus on quality and accuracy.
•    Ability to operate with a high level of discretion and dedication to confidentiality.
