What You'll Do: 
As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving continual process improvements across various functions to create value for global organization. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to create, motivate, and engage team of leaders and individual contributors in global capability center (GCC) to support long term business goals for the organization. 

What We're Looking For:
•    Lead team of supervisors and individuals among various supply chain functions within GCC. 
•    Be a single point of contact for all functional and administrative activities for Supply chain GCC. Provide strategic leadership to implement standard processes, ethics and compliance requirement.
•    Drive employee engagement, training, career growth and succession planning for Supply chain team at GCC.
•    Plan the budget and be a cost center manager for supply chain GCC
•    Collaborate with regional and functional leaders across the organization to explore process improvement opportunities.
•    With a global view, leading the organization to the best end-to-end processes practices by identifying areas for improvement (business inefficiencies, process governance issues, process gaps, maintain training materials, etc.)
•    Identify and lead or collaborate on efforts to increase efficiency, including process improvement efforts, and automation and digitalization of various processes in close collaboration with the regional and functional leaders.
•    Define and describe services offered and service level differentiation, depending on customer or business need.
•    Design, Monitor and manage performance metrics for supply chain individuals, including designing metrics and KPI's (key performance indicators) to measure performance.
•    Provide resources to support strategic imperatives and prioritized projects.
 

Skills That Make a Difference:
•    Master’s degree or bachelor’s with 10-12 years of relevant experience.
•    Experience (5+ years) with managing global teams and processes.
•    Experience of working in GCC structure with managing cross functional and regional teams 
•    Broad understanding of ERP systems and connected processes.
•    Experience of working in Supply chain management. 
•    Proficient People skills, Team management, Process orientation, global stakeholder management
•    Diversity and inclusion mindset.
