Summary of the Role:
The purpose of this job is to focus on hands on development of Beauty and Home care Formulations and other technical projects to effectively resolve internal and external customer issues by effectively liaison with relevant stakeholders. To support on management of Capabilities of the lab

Responsibilities:  
•    To develop Beauty and Home care formulations as per business need.
•    Troubleshooting customer issues 
•    Collaborate with commercial for value selling of Lubrizol ingredients.
•    Technical support for the sales and marketing teams
•    Training internal team and Customers/distributors on Lubrizol ingredients.
•    Actively support in Pipeline development
•    Administrative support as per business need.

Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

Education / Certification: 

•    Minimum of B.E. / B.Tech / B. Sc. (Chemistry) OR equivalent  

Experience and Skills:  

•    Minimum 2 year of experience in formulation R & D / Technical Service and Application in reputed Beauty and Home Care Company(s) or Related chemical companies. Hands-on experience in Beauty and Home care formulations.
•    Understands formulation of Beauty and Home care application.
•    Customer interaction
