What You'll Do:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, generating opportunities that will ensure our future growth by proactively promoting Lubrizol Beauty products portfolio. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact the achievement of Lubrizol Life Science objectives.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Ensure the implementation of the Health, Safety and Environment System according to the company procedures.
  • Proactively promote Lubrizol Beauty portfolio via Teams calls, webinars, emails, phone calls.
  • Scout new accounts and manage new leads.
  • Generate opportunities that will ensure the future growth of the assigned accounts and do the appropriate follow-up.
  • Regularly monitor the market to detect any business at risk and promptly put in place an action plan to secure the business.
  • Record and update all relevant activities/information related to customers on CRM.
  • Provide first line technical support to new and assigned accounts.
  • Liaise with other departments when necessary (Customer Experience, Marketing, Product management, Regulatory, QA etc).
  • Manage complaints and supply chain matters related to Global Strategic Accounts (GSAs) in the region.
  • Collaborate with Sales Coordinator for regional GSAs pricing implementation and pricing review.
  • Manage forecast and demand planning for GSAs in the region. Share general communication with GSAs in the region when needed.
     

Skills That Make a Difference:

  • Bachelor of Science (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Technology). 
  • Initial experience in chemical companies within Sales (Junior Account Manager/Iside sales), Labs (R&D/Technician) or Product Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Third language (French, German or Italian) is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Success-oriented
