Main purpose of the job:

Inspection of intermediate and finished products and other operations necessary for the quality inspection or production process.

Professional requirements:

• Secondary education completed
• Previous experience in a similar position is not mandatory, but experience as a quality inspector or experience gained in BMT's production department is an advantage.
• Skill, precision and thoroughness in performing specific operations
• Observance, organizational skills, poise, tact and judgement, to work under time pressure, communication, teamwork
• Ability to select details;
• Particular attention to details;
• Planning work and working time

Responsibilities and specific tasks:

• Verification of the expiry dates of the materials used for the production of the components during interim checks
• Respect working conditions related to personal hygiene and products to avoid their contamination
• Verification of production documents for compliance and legibility and completion of inspection documents
• Verification of the means of measurement and control, in terms of cleanliness, functionality and identification and their documentation on the product verification documents.
• Marking the identified products and documenting them on the verification documents
• Carrying out any activity assigned by the superior hierarchical staff in order to carry out the activity in the company in good conditions, in relation to his/her position.
• To ensure that all operations performed and tasks received are carried out on time and to the required level of quality.
• To carry out intermediate checks, AQL of components and document the results obtained.
• To carry out 100% final checks of finished products and document the results obtained.
• Treatment of non-compliant products according to internal procedures
• Performs operations specific to the catheter-making activity:
  • cutting plastic tubes according to instructions
  • shrinking various plastic components on hot air or other specific machines
  • fixing, clamping components to devices and appliances according to instructions
  • checking components made on microscope and other specific installations
  • packaging catheters

Inspecția produselor intermediare și finite și a altor operațiuni necesare controlului calității sau procesului de producție.

Cerințe profesionale:

• Studii medii finalizate

• Experienta anterioara intr-o pozitie similara nu este obligatorie, dar experienta ca inspector calitate sau experienta acumulata in departamentul de productie al BMT constituie un avantaj.

• Îndemânare, precizie și minuțiozitate în efectuarea unor operațiuni specifice

• Respectare, abilități organizatorice, echilibru, tact și judecată, de a lucra sub presiunea timpului, comunicare, lucru în echipă

• Abilitatea de a selecta detalii;

• Atentie deosebita la detalii;

• Planificarea muncii și a timpului de lucru

Responsabilități și sarcini specifice:

• Verificarea datelor de expirare a materialelor utilizate pentru producerea componentelor în timpul verificărilor intermediare
• Respectați condițiile de muncă legate de igiena personală și produse pentru a evita contaminarea acestora
• Verificarea documentelor de producție pentru conformitate și lizibilitate și completarea documentelor de inspecție
• Verificarea mijloacelor de măsurare și control, în ceea ce privește curățenia, funcționalitatea și identificarea și documentarea acestora pe documentele de verificare a produsului.
• Marcarea produselor identificate si documentarea acestora pe documentele de verificare
• Desfășurarea oricărei activități încredințate de personalul ierarhic superior în vederea desfășurării în bune condiții a activității în societate, în raport cu funcția pe care o are.
• Să se asigure că toate operațiunile efectuate și sarcinile primite sunt efectuate la timp și la nivelul de calitate cerut.
• Să efectueze verificări intermediare, AQL ale componentelor și să documenteze rezultatele obținute.
• Să efectueze verificări finale 100% ale produselor finite și să documenteze rezultatele obținute.
• Tratarea produselor neconforme conform procedurilor interne
• Efectuează operații specifice activității de confecţionare a cateterelor:
  • taierea tuburilor de plastic conform instructiunilor
  • micsorarea diferitelor componente din plastic pe aer cald sau alte masini specifice
  • fixarea, fixarea componentelor pe dispozitive și aparate conform instrucțiunilor
  • verificarea componentelor realizate la microscop si alte instalatii specifice
  • ambalarea cateterelor.
