As a Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, growing our footprint within the US nutraceuticals market. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact our strategic growth initiatives.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain and increase the sales with current customers and distributor/agent and develop new accounts by making presentations, understanding account requirements, and introducing new innovative products.
  • Monitor closely the development of new projects by advising technically and scientifically the customers/distributor/agent and overcoming objections.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the accounts, market, trends, competitive activity, to fully understand the competitive environment.
  • Manage customers/distributor/agent questions/requests properly, redirecting them to the specific internal department and answering with the right information: marketing, quality, regulatory, technical, samples, customer service.
  • Supervise customers/distributors interactions to provide full satisfaction and compliance regarding orders management and delivery.
  • Create a business forecast per quarter and per year with the support of your manager and produce monthly/quarterly reports on business results in the area.
  • Attend local and international exhibitions and events.
  • Ensure and maintain business compliance with local laws and regulations and operate within Ethics and HS&E Policies and procedures, participating in training as and when required.

 

Skills That Make a Difference:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Biology, Chemistry, Food technology or related. Sales or Business degree is a plus.
  • Sales experience in nutraceuticals.
  • Previous experience of 5+ years in a sales role.
  • Proficiency (verbal and written) in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently.
  • Qualities like customer focus and drive for results are essential for this role.
  • Adaptability to different cultures and capability to influence.
  • Availability and willingness to travel 50-60% of the working time with highly flexible schedule.
  • Valid car driver’s license.
  • Project management skills.
